43 recently calved Montbeliarde cows and heifers from Lordswood Farms, Somerset sold well at Carlisle earlier this month averaging 1735 gns, with a top price of 2100 gns. The highest price of the sale was 2400 gns for an in-calf heifer from F. Harrison and sons, Crossrigg Topasse sired by Ojoli was due early in the New Year.
